You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
How to Return
- Initiate: Email us at info@sboddy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Label & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and packing instructions.
- Ship: Securely pack your item in its original packaging (with tags attached), affix the label, and drop it off at the carrier.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks may take up to 5 business days to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, please contact info@sboddy.com.
Damages & Errors
Inspect your items upon arrival. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email info@sboddy.com within 7 days so we can resolve it—on us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishables (e.g., supplements)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale items and gift cards
Contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
For customers in the European Union, you may cancel or return any item (excluding personalized goods and perishables) within 14 days of delivery—no justification needed. Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria above.
