This is such an underrated product, I think Joe Rogan should be talking about it! It does the same or better of all those bulky equipments, it is comfortable, easy to attach any weight on it, I usually use my kettlebells and it works great! I always impressed with the exercise every time I finish it.. that feeling of a great work out, where you really worked the muscles.

I’ve used Sboddy hip-thrust band/strap for a few weeks, and I’ve found it to be a fantastic tool to add to my exercise routine. It’s really simple to use, and very durable!Not only am I able to incorporate effective hip-thrusts into my lower body workouts at home, but I also use this strap at the gym, especially when Smith machines are all in use!I frequently use the strap with 20 pound dumbbells, and I do multiple reps and sets. While I don’t need to load more than 40 pounds total, I imagine that this strap could hold 60 pounds, as it holds 40 very securely. However, I probably wouldn’t use the strap for higher weights used in progressive overloading: lower weights with higher reps… yes.It’s comfortable, well made, and a great value for the price.

Love the item, very confortable to use

Our apartment gym doesn’t have barbells and only has limited dumbbell weights — so I felt stuck. This dumbbell holder belt completely changed the game. I can finally level up my workouts without having to shell out money for a bigger gym membership. It’s easy to use, feels secure, and lets me get creative with heavier lifts using what’s available. Total win!
